Hart and Pine’s kitchen cutters are all one needs to prep the next meal. This full tang, carbon blade is handmade from reclaimed steel, with an arbutus wood handle.

This 2 5/8″ blade has a perfect edge for all the kitchen cutting duties. Everything from the hardest cheeses to the crispiest cucumbers don’t stand a chance at this kitchen cutter.

To extend the life of your blade, we highly recommend a bottle of our specially formulated carbon blade oil.
